Cerebello Coaching
ADHD coaching found me as much as I found it – shaped by years of professional experience and by life itself.
With over 25 years teaching across grammar and senior secondary education, and a decade in the private sector, I have learnt that the most important thing you can offer another person is a space where they feel truly seen, understood, and safe to be themselves. Having lived alongside neurodivergence closely, I understand its textures, its gifts, and its very real challenges. That understanding sits at the heart of everything I do. I believe meaningful support must fit the individual, not the other way around. My greatest passion is helping people of all ages understand the way their unique brain works – building strategies and systems that are genuinely interesting and relevant to who they are.
I work with teens, young adults, parents, and families. I offer coaching in English, German, Swiss-German, and Italian. You are warmly welcome to book a free Meet & Greet – a relaxed introduction with no pressure or obligation.
