I came to coaching through my work as a professional organizer, recognizing the need to help clients bridge the gap between their goals and current challenges by facilitating the inner work of self-discovery. The learning space between awareness and action is where the coaching partnership can support growth and lasting transformation.

I’ve completed foundational coach training with Coach Approach Training Institute and am working towards certification as a Neurodiversity Coach.

Prior to coaching, I worked in healthcare as an ICU nurse and nurse practitioner for older adults. I spent several years as a full-time homeschooling parent of five children. A significant part of my parenting journey involved learning support and strategies for neurodivergent kids, further deepening my understanding of autism, ADHD and executive functioning.

I am an active volunteer with Institute for Challenging Disorganization and a board member with my local chapter of NAPO. As an education and research geek I’m always learning about the latest evidence based practices for working with ADHD, autism, hoarding disorder, and productivity strategies.
