I am a psychotherapist and ADHD coach with over 14 years of clinical experience, specializing in the intersection of ADHD and trauma. I hold a PsyD from California Southern University. My doctoral research explored the interpersonal neurobiological aspects of ADHD and its secondary challenges, including emotion dysregulation, attachment difficulties, rejection sensitivity, and the impact of adverse childhood experiences. This work continues to shape my clinical practice, where I integrate ADHD coaching with trauma therapy in a compassionate, actionable, and skills-oriented way. Drawing from evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, MBCT, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, Emotionally-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, I help clients better understand their unique neurotypes and foster resilience. My approach is inspired by the science of neuroplasticity, offering a hopeful, normalizing, and empowering framework for healing. I provide neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-sensitive care that supports change on emotional, mental, somatic, and relational levels.

PsyD from California Southern University where my doctoral dissertation researched the interpersonal neurobiological implications of ADHD and its secondary symptoms; MA Counselling Psychology from the University of Victoria; registered psychotherapist (College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario); specialized training and work experience as an ADHD coach (Springboard Clinic, Toronto, November 2019 – April, 2021); ADHD coaching private practice 2019-present.
