Anngela Gwynn
Personal Coach specializing in ADHD, Executive Function, & Self-Integration
I work with adults facing struggles like overwhelm, overthinking, avoiding tasks they care about, or feeling ashamed that things are harder for them than they “should” be.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, strengths-based, and flexible. Rather than forcing generic productivity systems, I help clients understand what is actually getting in the way: patterns, pressure, protective strategies, competing needs, indecision, and other forms of internal conflict. From there, we create realistic strategies and next steps suited to your unique needs.
Beyond specific goals or accomplishments, the most meaningful part of my work is helping clients develop compassion for themselves, confidence in their strengths, and trust in their ability to follow through.
