Hi! I’m Ariel, a Black Certified ADHD Coach and AuDHDer, guiding neurodiverse professionals and creatives to harness more energy, increase effectiveness and reclaim time via practical, sensory-based tools that work.

• My Approach: My professional training and lived experience as a late-diagnosed AuDHDer (Level 1 autistic+ADHD), and my training as a multidisciplinary artist are all foundational in creating a safe, supportive container, a dynamic way of working with you and a structured path to sustainable change.
