As the founder of Ascend with Aviva, Aviva brings both professional expertise and over 20 years of lived experience supporting ADHD within her family. Her coaching integrates neuroscience-informed ADHD strategies with a holistic, strengths-based approach that goes beyond traditional productivity tools.

Aviva supports clients in strengthening executive function skills such as time management, organization, follow-through, and emotional regulation—while also addressing key lifestyle factors like sleep, nutrition, and stress.
