I am a Southern California native settled happily by the foggy beaches of Ventura, California. Former elite athlete, current enduro mountain biker, forever artist/creative, puppy lover. My background includes a B.A. in Sociology, ICF accreditation, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy training, CALC credential, and several years of personal, anecdotal, and professional experience. You can trust I am fully equipped to walk beside you regardless of what path you’re on. My mission is more than just succeeding today, in my practice we focus heavily on SUSTAINABLE change. Our approach is to set realistic, achievable goals, that build confidence in how clients’ perceive their ability to follow through.
