Bradley Smith II
Certified ADHD Coach, MindSmith Coaching
I was the textbook hyperactive ADHD kid. Couldn’t sit still, overexcited, and turning everything late. Now, I’m a Certified ADHD Life Coach and founder of MindSmith Coaching. I work with adolescents, adults, and parents to build strategies that actually fit how their brains work. I was diagnosed with ADHD in fourth grade, and becoming a parent is what inspired me to turn my experiences into an ADHD coaching practice. I offer both 1:1 and group coaching.
I tend to focus on the aspects of ADHD that don’t always get enough attention — emotional regulation, relationship dynamics, shame, and the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it. My approach is grounded in reflection, creativity, and problem-solving, and I find that humor goes a long way too. I try to create a space where clients can be honest about what’s hard without judgment.
Outside my practice, I chair the Research Committee for the ADHD Coaches Organization, facilitate a weekly adult peer support group through CHADD California, and have spoken multiple times at the International Conference on ADHD on topics like gaming and creativity.
I’m also happy to be a resource even if you’re just trying to figure out next steps. Visit MindSmithCoaching.com to learn more or set up a complimentary consultation.
