Carlos Prieto Jr
ADHD & Life Coach, Bay Area ADHD Coach
I’m a certified ADHD & Life Coach (CACP, ACC, AACC) providing transformative services in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2024.
My practice is inclusive for adults and teens from all walks of life. Everyone is welcomed.
As a fellow ADHD’er, I know first hand how hard it is to navigate life in a world that is not built for our brains. We live life in hard mode and without the proper support and understanding of our ADHD, it is overwhelming to know how to move forward.
Despite this, we still dream big. We are the creatives, the innovators, the connectors, the deep-thinkers, the super-feelers, and the trailblazers.
I believe ADHD coaching can be that missing piece of support that unlocks your full potential and helps you become the person you’ve always dreamed of.
Through coaching, we’ll delve into all the ways ADHD affects you, both positively and negatively. Together, we’ll explore all the ways that ADHD shows up in your life to gain an understanding of how your brain works so that we can build custom support systems specifically tailored to your needs.
Along the way, we’ll uncover your innate strengths, identify your core values, learn how to incorporate purpose, meaning, and joy into every day so that you don’t just survive, but thrive in life.
My coaching services are based on the core tenets of providing support, connection, and accessibility for the ADHD community. I provide 1:1 coaching, and host a free biweekly ADHD coaching and support group meeting on Meetup. I offer a variety of flexible payment plans and If affordability is a concern, ask about my sliding scale option.
I believe ADHD coaching can change lives because truthfully, it changed mine. I would be honored to help do the same for you.
