Empowering ADHD Adults to Move from Overwhelm to Purposeful Flow
Hi, I’m Carolyn. I help adults with ADHD move beyond the cycle of stress and “productivity hacks” into a life of purpose-driven action. My approach is grounded in the belief that you don’t need to be fixed—you simply need to understand how to lead your unique mind.
Since 2011, I have been deeply committed to the ADHD community. My journey has been defined by a “student-first” mentality, training under industry pioneers Denslow Brown and Cameron Gott. As an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Professional Certified Neurodiversity Coach (PCNC), I combine rigorous professional standards with a gentle, holistic perspective.
How We Work Together
My coaching blends Mental Fitness and Somatic principles with “outside-the-box” strategy. We look at the whole picture:
-
Mindset: Challenging the conventional thinking that causes stall-outs and recognising the emotional components that charge us up and drain us.
-
Systems: Leveraging my background as a Certified Organizer Coach (COC) to align your environment and time.
-
Action: Bridging the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it.
As an Accredited Mental Health First Aider since 2012, I provide a safe, trauma-informed space where you can stop reacting to life and start leading it. I’m here to help you tap into your authentic power and find a sense of calm consistency.
What is one area of your life where you’re ready to trade “busy” for “purpose”?
