Thriving Woman: Coaching for Women Who Want More
Hi, I’m Cathy. I help women with late diagnosed ADHD move beyond coping and start thriving. My book “Finally ADHD” will be launched later this year.
For most of my life, I felt chaotic, inconsistent, and never quite good enough—great at some things, but constantly struggling with others. In my late 40s, I was diagnosed with ADHD, and everything finally made sense.
After 20+ years coaching professionals in healthcare, I retrained as an ADHD Coach. Now, I combine my experience with a deep understanding of the ADHD brain to help women work with their strengths, not against them.
I’ve built a life that feels calmer, more organised, and genuinely enjoyable—and I help my clients do the same, with practical strategies for focus, emotions, wellbeing, and balance.
If you’re ready to explore what thriving could look like for you, book a free 30-minute chat via my website.
