Life & ADHD
Charlotte Simmons ACC AACC | ADHD & Life Coach | Hertfordshire, London & Online
I am an ADHD coach specialising in supporting individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or out of sync with life’s expectations. My work is grounded in a combination of lived experience and evidence-based coaching approaches, helping clients better understand how their ADHD shows up in daily life. I have a strong interest in executive functioning, emotional regulation, confidence building and creating sustainable changes that actually work for neurodivergent minds.
Having experienced the journey myself, I have a special interest working with women who are late discovered ADHD (diagnosed or not), especially those navigating the complex intersection of hormones, work, family life, and identity.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual. I also work with family members and colleagues of people with ADHD who want to show up with more understanding and less frustration.
I am certified by the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and ADDCA (the world’s leading ADHD coach training college, accredited by both the ICF and PAAC).
