Chelsey Saunders

Chelsey is the co-founder of STEEL Advising and an ADHD coach. She supports clients with complex neurocognitive profiles who desire to strengthen their overall executive functioning (i.e., goal-setting, time management, and effective organizational systems, etc.) and to create a flourishing life in the midst of school, work, and life demands. As a coach, she helps adults make important decisions, manage anxiety, and create a pathway for professional and personal growth. She is warm, enthusiastic, and steeped in positive psychological approaches to improve both your mindset and performance. Providing thought-partnership, accountability, and strengths-based re-framing, she helps each client cultivate the strategies, fortitude, and revitalization clients need for lasting change.Chelsey received her PhD in Education Leadership at Teachers College, Columbia University after earning her M.Phil at Columbia University, M.Ed at Wake Forest University, and BA at UNC-Chapel Hill. She is also a National Board Certified Teacher, an elite teaching credential, and continues to research and write on topics of career flourishing, adult development, and leadership.
