I am a Professionally Trained, Certified and Credentialled Coach working with Professionals, Entrepreneurs and Creatives. I provide education and training grounded in both lived experience and professional expertise, to increase understanding and improve inclusion of ADHDers in everyday environments

Drawing from previous experience as a Social Care Worker and lived experience of ADHD, my coaching practice is strengths-based and neuro-affirming, empowering clients to understand and leverage their strengths, reducing challenges and unlocking potential. I deliver engaging training and dynamic workshops that foster acceptance and inclusivity in Ireland’s workplaces. Our sessions support neurodivergent individuals in better understanding themselves, while also equipping professionals with the knowledge and practical tools to understand and support them effectively.

I founded The Collective in January 2025, a platform dedicated to empowering ADHDers to thrive, where individuals can choose the right coach for themselves. The Collective offers coaching to children, teens, college students, parents and adults. We also have an access programme to make support more accessible for individuals who may not otherwise afford it, ensuring that financial barriers don’t hinder personal growth and improving quality of life.

Divergent Nexus is a platform promoting Ethical and Effective Coaching, to safeguard the experiences of neurodivergent individuals seeking coaching and protect the reputation of coaching. The aim is to educate and inform those seeking out coaching services on best practices, ethical guidelines and realistic expectations.
