Dan Henderson is an executive coach, strategic advisor, and late-diagnosed adult with ADHD. He holds a Professional Certified Coach credential through the International Coaching Federation, an Executive Masters Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University, and an advanced certification in ADHD coaching through the Center for ADHD Coaching Excellence.
His coaching practice focuses on founders and CEOs navigating high-stakes decisions — with particular depth working with leaders whose brains work differently. Before coaching, Dan spent 30 years as an entrepreneur, venture investor, and M&A executive. His own late diagnosis reframed decades of experience and became central to how he now thinks about leadership, performance, and the ADHD brain.
