Dana Baker-Williams
ADHD & Anxiety Coach for Parents, Teens and Young Adults, Parenting In Real Life
I’m an ADHD and Anxiety Coach for parents, teens, and young adults. I help overwhelmed parents of ADHD and anxious kids go from constant conflict and second-guessing to calmer, more connected, and more independent kids—without the daily battles.
When a child is struggling with ADHD or anxiety, it impacts everything—learning, motivation, behavior, and the entire family dynamic. Most parents feel overwhelmed and unsure what to do next… and like nothing they’re trying is actually working. So we need to better understand how their brains work—and how to work with them, not against them.
I understand this both professionally and personally. I’m also a mom raising a daughter with ADHD and anxiety, and those feelings of isolation, guilt, and overwhelm are what led me to this work over a decade ago.
I help families make sense of what’s really going on underneath the behavior. Using a strengths-based, brain-informed approach, I support parents and also work with teens and young adults to build essential skills such as emotional regulation, motivation, organization, communication, and follow-through.
This isn’t about quick fixes or more pressure. It’s about giving families practical strategies that actually work in real life.
Over time, things start to shift—less conflict, more connection, and a child building confidence, independence, and the life skills they need going forward.
