Dana Maher, JD, PCC, PCAC
Executive and Professional ADHD / AuDHD Coach, Dana Maher Coaching LLC
Dana D. Maher, JD, PCC, PCAC, ACCG, is a former attorney and business executive who has coached since 2011. She works primarily with adults and professionals, including attorneys, executives, leaders, business owners, people in STEM and academia, and late-identified women. Her clients may be navigating ADHD, autism, AuDHD, executive-function challenges, demanding careers, leadership responsibilities, professional transitions, or burnout. A diagnosis is not required to work with her.
Dana’s work begins with understanding how each client operates. She listens closely for patterns, strengths, assumptions, obstacles, and needs that can be difficult to recognize from inside a demanding life. Together, Dana and her clients develop practical approaches that fit their brains, values, responsibilities, energy, and real circumstances. She brings direct questions, thoughtful challenge, relevant knowledge, honesty, humor, and curiosity to her coaching.
Before becoming a coach, Dana’s career included law, real estate, executive leadership, and small-business ownership. As a former practicing attorney, she understands high-stakes work, exacting standards, deadlines, difficult conversations, professional identity, and the pressure to appear capable while managing more than other people can see.
Dana is an International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach, a Professional Association for ADHD Coaches Professional Certified ADHD Coach, and an ADD Coach Academy Certified Coach Graduate. Since 2015, she has served as an ADDCA senior faculty member, mentor coach, and assessor. Her experience includes engagements with Microsoft, Princeton University, and the Social Security Administration, as well as coaching professionals working across global companies, government, universities, law firms, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations.
Dana’s coaching is collaborative, individualized, strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming, and practical. Visit her website to request a complimentary 30-minute Question and Answer Call and explore whether Dana or another Dana Maher Coaching team member may be the right fit.
