ADHD Coach, Happy Place Organizing & Coaching

If you’ve spent your whole life feeling like you should be able to figure it out by now, consider coaching the part of your story where things start to shift.
As an adult who was diagnosed with ADHD later in life, I know firsthand what it’s like to measure yourself against expectations that were never designed for an ADHD brain. The shame, the frustration, the exhaustion of working against yourself every single day. I’ve been there, and I coach from a place of understanding, not judgment.
I work with adults who are tired of measuring themselves against what should work, and are ready to figure out what actually works for them. My approach is individualized because your ADHD looks different from everyone else’s. Together, we’ll uncover how ADHD shows up in your daily life, challenge the stories you’ve been telling yourself about what you can’t do, and build on your strengths that have been there all along.
I won’t hand you a system or tell you what to do. That’s not how I coach, and honestly, it’s not how lasting change happens. I’ll ask questions so together we can find the answers that will actually stick.
Beyond adults, I especially enjoy working with young adults (18+) who are navigating one of the most challenging transitions of their lives. A little understanding of how your brain works can go a very long way at this stage.
All sessions are virtual, so wherever you are, we can work together.
Let’s find out what’s possible when you start working with your brain.
