I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, scattered, or stuck. Many are trying to keep up with the demands of work and life but something just isn’t clicking.

In our work together, we slow things down and look at what’s really getting in the way and how your ADHD is playing a role. From there, we build practical structures around how you work best, so things feel more manageable and less like a constant uphill push.

I came to this work after being diagnosed with ADHD later in life. That experience helped me make sense of patterns I had spent years trying to push through, both professionally and personally, and it continues to shape how I support my clients.

Before becoming a coach, I spent over 20 years in finance and leadership roles in high-pressure, detail-driven environments. I understand what it’s like to carry responsibility while also quietly struggling with focus, follow-through, and overwhelm.

I’m currently completing my certification through the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), an ICF- and PAAC-accredited program specializing in ADHD coaching, and I’m a member of CHADD and the ADHD Coaches Organization.

My approach blends structure with compassion. It’s collaborative and flexible. We look at what works, what doesn’t, and adjust along the way. Coaching with me is about understanding, experimenting, and building something that feels steady and sustainable over time.

If you’d like to see whether this kind of support would be helpful, you can book a consultation through my website.
