As a professionally trained coach and occupational therapist, I offer a unique perspective to my clients. While I no longer provide occupational therapy services, that background of problem solving and observation deeply informs my coaching. As a person with ADHD (parenting children with ADHD), I understand what it’s like to struggle to make changes and the loss of self trust that can come with that. Together, we’ll work to calm the chaos, build your confidence and self-trust, and make the changes that truly matter to you.
