Your neurodivergent brain is amazing. Yes, really.

I know what it’s like to feel like your ADHD or AuDHD is your enemy. I also know when we learn to work with, rather than against, our unique brains, leaning on our strengths, rather than punishing ourselves for not living up to what we’ve been told we “should” be…well, it changes everything. Coaching is one way to get there.

Our work could look like figuring out tools and systems that really work for you, getting clearer on your life purpose, or answering practical questions like “how do I make feeding myself/getting to bed earlier/tidying up easier than it is right now?”. I’ve worked in tech, in higher education (I have a PhD about ukulele players…), as a study skills tutor, an artist, and touring musician. I’ve harnessed my brain to do lots of brilliant things. You can too. Let’s figure it out together.

If you are in the UK, I accept Access To Work funding, which can cover the cost of your coaching if you are employed or self-employed. I keep a limited number of lower-cost slots, which I aim to prioritise for people who are unable to use the Access to Work scheme (for example if you are outside the UK, or not in work), although at present these are full.

You and your brain are welcome here.

Coaching Supervision

I am also a coaching supervisor, and am currently completing supervision hours towards EMCC’s ESQA supervisor accreditation. While working towards qualification, I am offering a limited number of lower-cost supervision sessions to coaches, mentors, and other allied professionals. If you are seeking a space for guidance, reflection, and professional growth, and are interested in the possibility of working together, please get in touch.

I also offer ICF mentor coaching at ACC and PCC level, and am currently working towards the forthcoming ICF Mentor Coaching Specialisation – please get in touch if you’d like to discuss this.

I hold an ACCG certification from ADDCA, an ICF PCC credential, and am an EMCC Senior Practitioner.

I have additional training in Understanding Autism, Autism & Sensory Experience, and Autism & Communication from the National Autistic Society, and level 2 and 3 CPCAB certifications in Counselling Skills and Counselling Studies.

I also have a doctorate in the anthropology of music, and have a particular interest in working  with creative types, with people navigating academia at all stages, with entrepreneurs, as well as with AuDHDers and people experiencing chronic illness.
