Every person brings a unique combination of strengths, experiences, challenges, and goals to coaching. My approach is person-centered, individualized, and neurodiversity-affirming, recognizing that strategies work best when they reflect the person—not a one-size-fits-all model.

I work with individuals who want to strengthen executive functioning, navigate personal or professional challenges, and create practical strategies that support meaningful progress. Areas we may explore include organization, time management, planning, prioritization, task initiation and follow-through, communication, confidence, career development, leadership, transitions, and personal growth.

My coaching integrates cognitive behavioral coaching principles with executive function strategies, guided reflection, and practical tools. Together, we identify patterns, explore what may be getting in the way, build greater self-awareness, and develop approaches that align with each person’s strengths, needs, values, and goals.

I bring more than 20 years of professional experience in leadership, technology, program management, mentoring, and professional development. I hold a Master of Arts in Strategic Leadership and a Certificate in Fostering Inclusion and Diversity from Yale School of Management, along with training in executive coaching, cognitive behavioral coaching, and neurodiversity-informed approaches.

I work with both neurodivergent and neurotypical clients, including adults, professionals, young adults, and individuals navigating career or life transitions. Coaching is available in English and Spanish.

Sessions are available virtually, with local options available. I also offer a complimentary discovery call to discuss your goals, what you are looking for in coaching, and whether working together feels like a good fit.
