George Huang is an ICF credentialed (ACC) executive coach with leadership experience in law, manufacturing, technology, and non-profit. He is VP and General Counsel at a technology and business services company, where he also serves as an internal leadership coach working with teams across North America, the UK, India, and the Philippines. In 2017 he founded his private coaching practice, Arcvera Consulting, to work with entrepreneurs, leaders, and their teams to help them leverage their strengths, increase emotional and relational awareness, and engage in productive conflict and collaboration. George is a frequent speaker and workshop leader on topics such as giving effective feedback, overcoming procrastination, and improving team performance. Inspired by his own family’s experience with ADHD, George trained at the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA) in 2021.  He coaches professionals and business leaders with ADHD to understand their unique brain wiring, engage their ADHD strengths, and enlist effective supports to overcome challenges.
