Ginny Nikiforos has over 20 years of experience working with adults, parents, and couples with ADHD. Ginny supports those with ADHD in understanding their own executive functioning and how to utilize their strengths while building upon the skills that would be helpful to improve communication, productivity, and values-oriented living. Ginny provides emotional support and emotional healing while encouraging goal-setting and supportive accountability towards goals within the areas most helpful a neurodivergent individual (such as making decisions, starting tasks, following through on tasks, planning, prioritizing, being aware of time, organizing, and healing from people pleasing and perfectionist tendencies). Ginny owns her private practice in IL and sees clients both local and in other US states (currently CO, FL, IL, IN, IA, and OH). Ginny also works with employer’s workplaces when appropriate to encourage compliance with the ADA and supporting those diagnosed with ADHD and Autism.
