I’m a board-certified pediatrician (MD, FAAP) and ACO Professional ADHD Coach who helps families move from daily battles to calm, workable routines. After years of caring for kids with ADHD, I saw that diagnosis and medication only go so far. Families also need real skills for planning, follow-through and emotional regulation. Through Anchored Coaching, I work with parents, teens, college students and couples using practical, judgment-free tools grounded in how the ADHD brain works. I’m a certified Sanity School® trainer and iPEC Certified Professional Coach, and I coach in English and Spanish. I’m based in San Antonio, Texas, and coach virtually across the U.S. and internationally.
