Heidi believes that people with ADHD are not broken in need of fixing; they are creative, capable people intentionally designed with purpose. She believes that when individuals truly understand how their ADHD brain works and are supported with compassion, structure, and faith, lasting transformation becomes possible.
Heidi supports women, families, and coaches through a whole-person approach that honors the mind, heart, and spirit. She integrates evidence-based ADHD coaching, neuroscience, and professional coaching skills with faith-centered encouragement to help people move forward with clarity, confidence, and self-trust. Her work is not about quick fixes, but about sustainable growth and meaningful change.
Professionally, Heidi is an ADHD Life Coach, speaker, and the Assistant Director of Training at the International ADHD Coach Training Center, where she trains and mentors ADHD coaches from around the world.

Education, Training & Certifications
Heidi first obtained her certification from the International ADHD Coach Training Center (iACTcenter) as a Certified ADHD Life Coach (CALC) and then as a Christian Leadership Life Coach through Leadership Coaching Canada (LLC). She has earned her credentials as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation and is a Certified Mentor Coach (CMC) through inviteCHANGE. Heidi currently is the Assistant Director of Training at the International ADHD Coach Training Center, a level 1 ICF Accredited Coach training program.
