If you are an adult with ADHD and you feel overwhelmed, behind, or hard on yourself, I want you to know this first: you are not broken, and you do not need fixing. You need insight into how your brain works, plus accommodations that make follow-through possible.

I’m Hilary, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC, ICF). I was diagnosed with ADHD at 40, after years of pushing, overthinking, and wondering why “trying harder” never made things easier. That experience shapes how I coach. I bring a supportive, nonjudgmental approach, with strategies tailored to your real life.

Coaching with me starts with understanding how ADHD brains work. From there, we experiment with and refine accommodations for your executive function challenges so you can follow through more consistently, with less friction and less self-criticism. Many clients come to me when they are working hard but still missing deadlines, avoiding important tasks, or feeling stuck. Over time, they feel lighter, start tasks with less dread, and build the ability to coach themselves through the moments that used to derail them.

Sessions are 60-minute phone or video calls, and I work with clients locally and worldwide. If you would like, we can start with a free 30-minute exploratory call to talk through what feels hard right now and see whether coaching together makes sense.
