I have been coaching since 2012.
My clients are scientists, doctors, spiritual professionals, high tech millennials, entrepreneurs and artists who are looking for a partner to grow in both their professional and personal lives. They are ready to accept themselves fully, (ADHD included) and to contribute with their high potential as never before. BUT they want to do it on their own terms, creating their own balance and shaping their environment as best fits them.
During our sessions, I will give you the understanding and support you need to start looking at your life under an empowering light. With perseverance and patience, we will tame your specific ADHD challenges and make your world better adjusted to who you really are. You will finally realize that you are not broken at all, and that for you too, there is a solution to every problem.
I am very compassionate but also go straight to the point, helping you be honest with yourself as well as accountable. In order to change anything, you have to accept where you are, fully own it and then start working at making a mini step forward, one at a time, me by your side.
I speak English, French and Spanish fluently.

I have held many positions ranging from Account Manager to Interior Designer and Preschool teacher.
I have lived in various countries, have a multicultural and multilingual background and honor diversity in all its forms. I am very open-minded, non judgmental and I can say it, loving and encouraging. Your mission becomes my mission. 🙂
I am very creative, I am a writer and an artist and believe in helping people use their strengths rather than try fix their weaknesses constantly.
