Jaime V. Fishman, ACC, founded and owns Carnelian Coaching, LLC, to provide exceptional coaching services that empower clients with executive functioning challenges to find the motivation and confidence to transform their lives. After teaching neurodiverse students for over 25 years and completing an M.S. in Special Education, Jaime trained with JST Coaching & Training to become a certified life coach. She continued her training with Coach Approach Training Institute and is currently pursuing the Professional Certified Neurodiversity Coach (PCNC)™ credential. Jaime is experienced in creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment that inspires clients to gain self-awareness and make lasting changes. Her professional passions include neurodiversity, educational equity, and early intervention. Jaime was diagnosed with ADHD in her mid-forties, after raising three neurodivergent children. Living with ADHD has deepened her empathy for clients’ daily challenges. She draws on her personal, parental, and professional experience to connect with clients and offer a balanced approach to coaching.
Education, Training & Certifications
Currently pursuing Level II Professional Certified Neurodiversity Coach (PCNC)™ credential through Coach Approach Training Institute; Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF); JST Coaching & Training “Empowering Students Through Coaching” Level I program graduate; Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Special Education from the University of North Dakota; Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with Distinction in Special Education from Goucher College; Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) certified Special Education teacher for students ages Infant-3, 1-8, and 6-Adult.
