As an ADHD Coach and Executive Function specialist since 2007, I help clients develop practical, individualized strategies aligned with their unique cognitive profiles, strengths, and goals. My approach is grounded in the neurobiology of ADHD and informed by the science of behavior change.

I work with students and adults across the lifespan, with particular expertise in supporting intellectually capable individuals who struggle with attention, organization, and follow-through. My practice includes high school, college, Master’s, PhD, and medical students, as well as adults navigating career and relationship demands impacted by Executive Function Deficits.

I specialize in working with co-occurring challenges such as procrastination, anxiety, OCD, and depression, and I support individuals and families with educational and workplace disability accommodations and advocacy.

For clients who feel stuck, I focus on closing the gap between intention and action using structured, evidence-based coaching interventions. I help clients build sustainable systems, strengthen executive functioning, and develop personalized strategies that translate insight into consistent behavior.

I also guide students in “learning how to learn,” applying cognitive science principles to improve retention, comprehension, and performance, while offering targeted, research-based methods to reduce procrastination and build momentum.

My approach is both compassionate and results-oriented—grounded in deep listening, integration, and lasting change aligned with each client’s values and goals.
