My name is Jayme Taylor. I have a background in running a mental health ERG, as well as many employee collaboration groups, which led me on the road to coaching.
After much research to better support family members with ADHD, I realized that I should probably pursue evaluation myself. I was diagnosed with ADHD at 40 and have a household full of neurodivergent minds.
I utilize my experiences to help my clients find a better understanding of themselves and lead them on a path to achieving their goals. I believe in guiding my clients toward discovering their own inner strength, resilience and wisdom. I believe everyone has the ability to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life, and I am here to help you find your best and most authentic self.

I am ICF and PAAC trained and am currently working toward both ICF and PAAC certifications – expected completion fall 2026.
