I’m a Neurodiversity Coach supporting adults with ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, PDA, giftedness, and other neurodivergent traits. With 25+ years in education, learning and development, and organizational change — and my own late AuDHD diagnosis — I bring both professional depth and personal understanding to coaching.
My approach is warm, identity-affirming, and grounded in the belief that people thrive when they’re trusted to lead their own change. I help clients build clarity, capacity, and confidence on their own terms.
