Jenn is a certified ADHD Life Coach who specializes in helping pre-teens through adults build independence and strengthen executive functioning skills, including time management, organization, life balance, and leadership. With over 25 years of experience in higher education, she has extensive expertise supporting college students and young adults as they develop confidence, identify their strengths, and navigate challenges.
Jenn’s coaching style is interactive, positive, and client-centered, creating a supportive environment where clients feel empowered to take meaningful action toward their goals.
She is an AACC (ADDCA), ACC (ICF), and CACP (PAAC) certified coach, bringing both professional expertise and personal insight to her work. As the parent of a twice-exceptional (2e) young adult with AuDHD and giftedness, Jenn understands the complexity of fostering independence while providing the right level of support. She partners with both young adults and parents to navigate this transition effectively.
Jenn is also the owner of Positive Approach Life & ADHD Coaching, a collaborative practice of certified coaches who specialize in supporting neurodivergent clients in areas such as mindfulness, career transitions, college readiness, and emotional regulation. Clients who work with Jenn or her team benefit from access to a range of specialists, ensuring individualized, comprehensive support.
In addition to one-on-one coaching, the practice offers group coaching programs, providing a structured and more cost-effective option for building skills and community.
