I work with therapists, teachers, parents and other sensitive helpers who put their whole heart into their work — but are also paying a heavy price for it. I partner with you to shift out of overwhelm and reconnect with your energy and joy, so you can keep showing up for what matters most.

I lead with empathy and non-judgment, but I won’t shy away from tough questions that help move you forward. Be warned, more might change than you think. I’ve helped stay-at-home moms transition into jobs they love, and burnt-out entrepreneurs pivot back to the joy that got them started in the first place.

I work with your whole self — not just your thoughts, but your nervous system cues too. Learning to tune into and utilize your body can be one of the most effective ways to find clarity.
