Julia Rice & Co is a coaching practice where every part of who you are is acknowledged, respected, and celebrated. I work with adults, leaders and entrepreneurs, helping them navigate challenges and transitions, pursue meaningful goals, and find ways to thrive personally and professionally. Having ADHD myself, I find deep joy in supporting fellow neurodivergent folks. I help clients process, build self-awareness, regulate emotions, gain clarity, and make meaningful progress. With a breadth of experience and training, my approach is grounded in design thinking, mental health, leadership education, and neuroscience. I bring creativity, curiosity, warmth, humor, and authenticity to every session, and clients leave feeling confident, energized, and empowered to take action while honoring their values and their unique brain’s needs. For adults with ADHD, coaching can help relieve self-doubt, frustration and uncertainty. It’s a powerful way to learn better ways of living and thriving, while supported by a compassionate thought partner who truly gets it. If this sounds good, I’m glad you’re exploring coaching, and would be delighted to meet and see how we might work together!
