I’m an ADHD coach with over a decade of experience in executive leadership and team coaching, supporting leaders and professionals in clarifying goals and creating meaningful, sustainable growth. This foundation shapes my ADHD coaching, with a strong emphasis on self-awareness, lasting change, and practical strategic thinking grounded in an understanding of ADHD behavior and decision-making.
I specialize in working with adults (18+), entrepreneurs, and leaders, and also have experience supporting families, parents, and couples. In addition, I consult with organizations, managers, schools, and spouses/partners to deepen understanding of ADHD and improve collaboration and support.
My approach is compassionate, strengths-based, and grounded in both research and lived experience. I trained extensively with ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA) and continue to stay current with emerging research. I partner with clients to better understand their unique ADHD brain, recognize patterns and strengths, and develop practical strategies that build confidence, independence, and sustainable progress aligned with how they naturally operate. Our sessions focus on day-to-day application and accountability, not just gaining insight.
Outside of my work, I am a proud mom of two boys and enjoy travel, theater, a competitive game of Scrabble with my husband, and spending time with my family and our labradoodle.
