Katharine Funk is currently a full-time ADHD Life Coach. She is an educator who has experience working with many different types of students neuro – typical, autistic, adhd and others with physical and mental disabilities and their families. She is co-founder and art instructor with Funky Artsmiths art school and has presented many workshops on how to teach art to children. She is a parent of two successful adhd young adults. Through her professional and personal life she has direct knowledge and experience relating to what it is like to raise and educate neuro-diverse children from preschool to adulthood. Also having ADHD she knows what it is like to live with the symptoms of ADHD, in her personal and professional life and the struggles that can bring. While ADHD symptoms can get in the way she also knows that some ADHD traits make her stand apart from others and, gives her an edge others don’t have. She is looking to coach families, students and individuals who feel that ADHD is getting in the way of who they want to be and how they live their lives.
