I am an ADHD coach, homeschooling parent, and Academic Success Trainer supporting students with ADHD at Front Range Community College. As a late-diagnosed woman with ADHD and the parent of two neurodivergent children, I understand firsthand the challenges of navigating ADHD, executive functioning, learning differences, and the demands of everyday life.
With more than 8 years of homeschooling experience and over 10 years as a Registered Nurse, I bring both professional knowledge and lived experience to my coaching. I am especially passionate about supporting parents of neurodivergent children, homeschool families, college students, and adults with ADHD. Whether you are a college student navigating academic demands, a parent supporting a child with ADHD, or a homeschooling family looking for practical strategies and support, I am here to help you move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
My coaching is strengths-based, collaborative, and non-judgmental, helping clients better understand how their brains work, reduce overwhelm, and create systems that fit their real lives. I completed my ADHD coach training through ADDCA, an ICF-accredited coach training program.I am an ADHD coach, homeschooling parent, and Academic Success Trainer supporting students with ADHD at Front Range Community College.
