Katie Blum-Katz coaches young and old adults and newly diagnosed individuals with ADHD, ASD, AuDHD and related symptoms. Her unique approach to ADHD, ASD and AuDHD coaching incorporates movement, exercise, and mindfulness practices. She first started dancing at age 9, and has been teaching since 1981, when she began professionally instructing dance, aerobics, strength training and stretching. She started coaching in 1999, with Fitness and Intuitive Eating both in person and remotely by phone. After training at ADDCA as an ADHD coach (AAC) in 2015, she became an ADHD coach, and Life Coach. In addition, she has taught English & Theater Arts, K-12; Exercise in Community Colleges in CA, TX, and MD. Since the pandemic, she has coached and taught classes remotely. She’s also a wife, mother, and entrepreneur. She has been ADHD Coaching since 2016, Intuitive Eating Coaching since 2000, Remote Fitness Coaching (phone & Zoom) since 1999, Personal training since 1983, Group Exercise Classes since 1981.
