I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult. When clients tell me they spent decades feeling like they were always one step behind, always almost getting it together, I know that feeling from the inside, not just from a textbook.

I specialize in working with late-diagnosed adult women with ADHD. Women who finally have a name for why life has felt so hard, and are ready to stop compensating and start building something that actually works for them.

My background includes a Master’s degree in Special Education, years working as a special education teacher, and a clinical certification in ADHD services (ADHD-CCSP). I also hold an ADHD Coach Certification. That combination shapes how I think about ADHD: in terms of practical skill-building and real strategy, not just awareness.

What coaching with me looks like: we meet weekly for two months, then biweekly for a third month as things start to click into place. Over those ten sessions we work on the specific things that feel hardest. Getting started on tasks. Managing time in a way that accounts for how your brain actually tracks it. Building routines that don’t fall apart the first time something goes sideways. Figuring out what you actually need instead of just trying harder at systems that were never designed for your brain.

This isn’t about fixing you. Your brain is not broken. What we’re building is a way of living and working that fits how you’re actually wired, not how you’ve been told you should be.

Coaching is the right fit if you’re looking for practical strategies, accountability, and a thinking partner who gets it from the inside. If you’re also navigating significant anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns alongside your ADHD, therapy may be a better starting point, and I’d be glad to help you think through what makes sense.

CenterLight Coaching is available to clients anywhere in the country via telehealth. This is non-clinical coaching, not therapy or mental health treatment.

Education includes M.Ed., LMFT, CCSP-ADHD, and coaching certification from Efficient Coach. I have a dual Master’s in general and special education and am a licensed LMFT and certified clinical services provider for ADHD. *Disclaimer: While I am a licensed therapist, the services provided are strictly coaching services and NOT psychotherapy, or any form of mental health treatment.
