Life with ADHD can make you feel like you are riding the Struggle Bus, driving it, and being dragged behind it all in the same day. At Struggle Bus Coaching I work with adults, teens, and parents to build momentum, clarity, and confidence through practical strategies and compassionate support. Sessions are a mixture of structure and flexibility (because ADHD needs both), where we name what’s hard, spot the roadblocks, and experiment our way toward what works. My style is warm, real, and full of humor because sometimes you have to laugh so you don’t cry. Coaching isn’t about fixing you. It’s about finding forward motion in a way that feels doable. If you’re tired of spinning your wheels let’s get you back in the drivers seat.

I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) with advanced training in life coaching, ADHD coaching, and adolescent coaching. My ADHD specific coach training includes CWB’s 3C Activation which emphasizes control, consistency, and confidence. I have completed additional coursework coaching teens and supporting executive function development across the lifespan. I have ADHD myself and am a parent of ADHDers, which allows me to bring both professional training and lived experience to my work. In addition to my coaching practice, I speak on ADHD related topics and engage in advocacy efforts that focus on increasing awareness and understanding of ADHD and learning differences in schools and communities.
