Life Coach Specializing in ADHD, Kristen Denney Coaching
Your brain works differently, and your approach to growth can too.
Coaching offers a space to learn a new language for how you think, feel, and move through the world, one you can carry with you long after our work together.
I support ADHDers in discovering what works for them, building on strengths, developing self-compassion, and making meaningful progress in ways that feel natural and sustainable. Whether you’re navigating a late diagnosis, entrepreneurship, personal growth, or everyday executive function challenges, coaching gives you space to experiment, problem-solve, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
I offer workshops, group coaching, and 1:1 coaching in a judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are. Together, we’ll explore what excites you, uncover what may be getting in the way, and create change that truly fits you. Mentor coaching is also available for coaches in training.
Curious what’s possible? Let’s connect. If you’ve been thinking about making a change, this could be a good place to begin.
