Hi there! I’m here to help you transform stress into curiosity. Together we’ll explore what’s working and what’s not, and find ways work with – rather than against – the way you’re wired to shift from overwhelm to ease and flow.

I’m fascinated by stories. I don’t just mean people’s history, or their aspirations for the future. I love uncovering the stories we tell ourselves every day (consciously or unconsciously) and examining how they shape the ways we engage with life.

I can help you rewrite your stories around your ADHD and be more intentional about how you navigate challenges. My approach focuses on building awareness and leveraging positive psychology. Together we can find opportunities for you to lean into your strengths, and also partner on new strategies for overcoming obstacles.
