With over 20 years of experience as a nurse, teacher, and parent of a child with ADHD, I relate to many of the struggles faced by individuals or parents of kids with ADHD and Executive Functioning. As a certified ADHD and Executive Function coach, I help clients learn to live with ADHD and succeed! I am committed to helping adults, parents, and adolescents navigate the challenges associated with ADHD. Together we develop effective tools and strategies that can reduce common feelings such as being stuck, frustrated, unproductive, and without aim or direction. I also develop and deliver workshops to teachers and parents on ADHD and Executive Function development in the classroom.
