Find Your Coach

Hello! I’m Liv.

Armed with the highest degree from a top university, my groundbreaking research on mentorship in the natural sciences earned recognition from 20 international scholars. My exploration of brilliance and ADHD in University? A well-read article in Gifted Education International. And my over 50 direct reports? Now running their own shows in surgery, law, engineering, and science.

But college days? A different story. Picture this: an advisor suggesting I drop out, despite breezing through earlier school years in a gifted program. University changed everything. Once, I was racking up A’s and fielding job offers from giants like MasterCard and Microsoft. Suddenly, I was on probation, battling daily basics—sleep, food, mood. Several diagnoses emerged, though one clinician claimed I was ‘too high functioning’ to be dealing with this level of chaos. Maybe I wasn’t trying hard enough?

My old mantra: I’ll sleep when I die. Effective short-term, but long-term? ugggh–you don’t want to know. The kicker? So many professionals yet so few with insider knowledge on high performance with an atypical mind.

Speaking of cost, it’s not just about money. Well after college the unpaid hours, burnouts, missteps, and gold-plating still undermined whatever semblance of work life balance I could muster. Then came a pandemic epiphany: Coaching for executive function. It slashed my chaos-related tolls, introducing me to expert knowledge brains that were wired for complexity, non-linearity, and systems-level thinking.

Who knew an army of pros existed, trained exclusively for brains like mine? This revelation shifted my path from knowledge creation to knowledge application. Now, I shield others from familiar storms to mastering life’s unpredictable waves. With a coach alongside, you don’t merely chase your dreams at any cost—you achieve them on your terms and redesign the system along the way.
