My passion is working with people to get in their flow and live the life they desire. After years of struggling myself, I was finally diagnosed with ADHD. Things began to change for the better after I began working with an ADHD coach myself and started to learn how to work with my brain instead of against it. That’s when I decided I wanted to become an ADHD coach and help others experience the change that I had experienced. Together we’ll provide an ongoing partnership that will help you maximize your potential. I will help you understand how your brain is uniquely wired and offer tools and strategies to work with it! Through an individualized, thought-provoking and creative process, we will leverage your unique strengths to help create the life you want. In addition to ADHD coaching, I have two one-on-one programs to choose from and a group coaching choice for those who need a more affordable or more social environment.
