My ADHD Life Coach by Luke Angus Coaching
Ever feel like you’re giving it your all but never quite able to keep up? I get it. Life with ADHD can feel like you’re desperately treading water while everyone else drifts by on pool floats. I’m Luke Angus, and I know the exhaustion of trying to make neurotypical approaches work with an ADHD brain.
After my own diagnosis, I’ve spent years unlearning methods that weren’t meant for me and building tools that do. With 20+ years helping students, parents, and professionals change their lives, and now as a credentialed coach through the ICF (PCC) and PAAC (PCAC), I help clients turn chaos into confidence.
Together we’ll work to understand your unique wiring and what that means for who you are and how you can get motivated. We’ll build systems tailored to your strengths. We’ll move at a pace that’s right for you and develop the systems and supports your brain needs to convert struggle into steady progress.
You’re here because you want change. I’m here to help make it happen. Ready to see what’s possible? Let’s talk.
