Margreet Adriani
Life and Career Coach, ADHD coach, Lighten Your Plate
What to expect during coaching sessions? An open and non-judgmental place that is safe and ADHD informed. You are whole, capable, creative and always expect the best from yourself. Sometimes you might overdo it, sometimes you can’t get started, and sometimes you want to hide until a better day.
Even before I became a certified ADHD coach, I often worked with clients who are neurodiverse. I recognized what they were going through because I am neurodiverse too. When we work together, it will be a team effort, with tools and strategies made just for you.
Before I became an ICF-certified coach in 2020, I worked as a lifestyle coach at a rural clinic in Northern California. I led both groups and met with individuals to discuss nutrition and physical activity. This journey led me to become a life and career coach. I coach leaders in large and small companies, college students, parents, adults, and entrepreneurs, with and without ADHD. Some I help to find a new role, but with many, we work on balancing the many goals, hopes, and tasks we take on while staying sane in the process. I can’t wait to meet you. Feel free to book a 30-minute complimentary Zoom call through my website.
