Unlock your brilliance by discovering your strengths, embracing your ADHD uniqueness, and building a life and career that actually works for your brain.

Many of the clients I work with are capable, thoughtful, and driven — but are feeling stuck in patterns like:

  • Knowing what they need to do, but struggling to follow through
  • Feeling overwhelmed by work, responsibilities, or decision-making
  • Difficulty with time management, organization, and prioritization
  • Burnout from trying to keep up in environments that don’t fit how their brain works
  • Challenges navigating workplace expectations, communication, or performance concerns
  • Wanting change, but not knowing how to create sustainable systems that actually stick

I am an ADHD coach, LMSW, and certified HR consultant, and I support adults with ADHD in translating insight into action — in ways that are practical, sustainable, and aligned with how their brain works.

Through my work at ADHD at Work, I provide:

  • 1:1 Coaching for adults with ADHD (diagnosed or self-identified) who want personalized support with executive functioning, accountability, and follow-through
  • Group Coaching for Women with ADHD, including weekly sessions, structured learning, and practical self-coaching tools and resources
  • The 3-Month Reset, a focused program designed to help women with ADHD build momentum and create meaningful change in a shorter period of time. It includes six 1:1 sessions, 3 months of group coaching, an online platform full of tools and resources and a app!
  • Workplace ADHD Support, helping clients navigate accommodations, communication, and sustainable performance at work

With a background in social work, business operations, human resources, and executive coaching, I bring a systems-level understanding of how ADHD shows up in professional environments — and how to navigate them effectively. Schedule a free 20 min call with me so I can help you identify a support path that makes the most sense for you and your needs.

I also offer professional consultation for therapists, ADHD coaches, and helping professionals who want to better understand workplace accommodations, ADA processes, and how to support clients navigating ADHD in work environments.

After discovering my own ADHD later in life, I built ADHD at Work to ensure that others have access to the tools, support, and advocacy needed to thrive — not just cope — in work and life.

My work is informed by both clinical and professional training, including:

  • Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Maryland
  • Master of Social Work (MSW), Washington University in St. Louis
  • SHRM Certified Professional (Human Resources)
  • ADHD Coach Training through ADDCA
  • Certified Life Coach, Lumia
  • ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) Certification, ACTCP
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Certification, University of South Florida
  • Associate Certified Coach (ACC), International Coaching Federation (expected)
