Hi, I’m Meredith, and I am a professional AD/HD Coach and consultant with a passion for helping people with ADHD achieve their goals, manage their symptoms, and navigate the ever increasing responsibilities that come with growing older. I have a master’s degree in psychology and have been working with neurodivergent children, adolescents, and young adults both in schools and at home since 2019. Throughout my time working with people with ADHD and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder, I have helped my clients understand their neurodivergent brains, become self-reliant, work to their strengths, downplay their challenges, build up confidence, and reign in their symptoms.
